Whatever happened to "Love Takes Time," Mariah? Multiple sources are now confirming that the songstress and Nick Cannon have indeed tied the knot after dating for only a few months. "They have been smitten with each other for days, weeks, and she's always had a crush on him," a Mimi pal tells the New York Post. "Everyone is happy to see her happy. And it could work out -- some people know each other for five years and get divorced. Maybe this is true, instant love." Nick's fam also confirms the story: "Yes, we know. He called us and told us all about it," family member Linda Cannon tells E!. "We are happy for him. If that is what he wants, then we are happy for him. I'm not going to give you any details, but we are happy for him."

But it seems like they rushed to the altar a little too quickly. "There was no prenup -- there wasn't time," a source tells the Post. What makes that especially troublesome is that the engagement ring that Nick gave Mariah is strikingly similar to the ring that Nick gave to his former fiancée of just five months, model Selita Ebanks; there's even speculation that it's the exact same ring, as Selita gave Nick the bling back when they called off the wedding!
