Going to jail is so 2007! Mischa Barton is accepting a plea deal in her DUI case and won't have to spend any time behind bars, not even 82 minutes like Nicole Richie or 84 minutes like Lindsay Lohan. (It's common for first-time offenders to get lighter punishment than repeat offenders.) Instead, she'll agree to serve a three-year unsupervised probation term, an insider tells People. She'll also have to take a three-month alcohol-education class and pay a fine of approximately $1,700. The marijuana possession charge will reportedly be dropped, and the charge of driving without a license will be reduced to an infraction. Let's just hope she really learns her lesson…
