Brangelina Is Letting Their Kids Plan The Wedding, So Prepare For A Paintball Theme

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie attending The Normal Heart premiere May 2014 BrangelinaHow long have we been hearing about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s wedding at this point?  Probably about eighteen years, right? At least that's what it feels like.

In actuality, it's only two, since they got engaged in April 2012, but that's a long time for the most beautiful couple on earth to go between putting a ring on it and making an honest woman out of each other, y'know? After all, they've been together for eight years and had six children together already, so I'm starting to think the wedding itself will never materialize. But if it does! Angelina tells E! Online that it will be their kids who will be doing most of the planning.

“We are discussing it with the children and how they imagine it might be. Which is verging on hysterical, how kids envision a wedding…They will, in a way, be the wedding planners. It's going to be Disney or paintball—one or the other!”

Yeah, I was not kidding with that paintball theme in the title. Nor am I kidding now when I say I'd like to be invited. It sounds really fun, and I do love cake. But even though they've been discussing it for literal years now, like almost half the lives of their youngest kids, twins Knox and Vivienne, 5, it sounds like the ceremony may still be a ways in the future.

“We will get married, and we're not really in a rush. We're just waiting for it to be the right time with the kids, with work, when it feels right. It will be fun. That's the important thing.”

Yeah at this rate, you might as well wait until they're all in college, so you have the house to yourselves.

“We've been through so much. We've gotten a lot closer, which I think naturally happens with raising a family together. You have history. You have so many memories. All your memories are based on time together, so you don't have separate experiences. You have this person you live with who really knows you, and you know them so well. You're not lovers or boyfriend and girlfriend as much as you are a family.”
