Heidi may have finally ended things with Spencer's bartender crush Stacie on The Hills last night and paved the way to marital bliss! We all know she and Spence have since tied the knot, but now Heidi's admitting that she's officially a Pratt. "When we filled out the marriage license, I checked the box to change my name to Heidi Pratt," she tells Us. "It's on my new license, credit cards, and everything. I want us to be a family in every way. When we have kids, I want us to all have the same last name."

It seems like Heidi's on top of the world as Mrs. Pratt! But she's not on top of everyone's list, namely Maxim's 10th annual "Hot 100." Last year, Heidi rang in at 36, but has dropped to 81 in '09. But at least she beat Lauren! She was 56 in 2008, and this year fell off the list all together! Spencer must be loving that news.
