While we probably all think The Hills would be just fine without bad boy Spencer Pratt, it looks like he isn't going anywhere! Despite reports that everyone's "favorite" reality bad boy is leaving the show permanently, Us put those rumors to rest. But Spencer is leaving the show for 6 weeks, during which time he'll take anger management classes at the request of one of the show's producers who he screamed at. If Spencer completes the classes, he then can return to the show. Is it wrong that we're hoping that he drops out?!
