You know the hilarious E-Trade commercials with the babies? Lindsay Lohan doesn't find them so funny. Well, one baby in particular. E-Trade is running an ad with a baby they call Lindsay who is a 'milkaholic,' which Lindsay has construed to mean that E-Trade is stealing her identity, according to Entertainment Weekly. Lindsay is claiming that the ad is improperly invoking her "likeness, name, characterization and personality" without permission. She's suing them for $50 million in compensatory damages and an additional $50 million in exemplary damages. So desperate, Linds! Give it a rest. But the video is funny...
