Surprise Sensation
Hey, it's Esmée here!
My first US touring experience has just started! I'm writing this from the RV, and trying to eat cereal while we are driving. It's not easy!

We have been on the road for 3 days now. It all started off on my birthday, the 28th of September, in Nashville, Tenn. I was a little bit sad knowing that I was not going to be home for my birthday, and that I was going to be surrounded by a bunch of boys (my band!). That morning, someone knocked on my door in the hotel. I opened it, and...

Suddenly my girls Brit and Alison were singing Happy Birthday to me! It was really the best surprise I have ever had. They came all the way from LA to spend my birthday with me! I almost cried! It really made me realize how happy I am to have them as my friends.

We had some breakfast, and then I paid a visit to Nashville's hit radio station, The River 107.5, to perform for some prize winners. After I performed, they surprised me with a birthday cake! The day couldn't have started off any better. Then, the band and I went to the venue for sound check. Brit and Allie came out to watch the show that night. They bought me a cowboy hat, too. How do you guys like our look?

The performance was great, and the Nashville audience was awesome. After the show, we all had dinner at this crazy fondue spot called The Melting Pot. The food was amazing. At the end of the night, the boys from Honor Society joined us for some more birthday cake. This is a picture of all of us. It was definitely a birthday to remember!!

Talk to you guys soon and hope to see you at a show!

Big kiss,
Esmée
