My mother once told me that Florida is where people go to wait to die. Well, I decided, Austin is where people go to learn to live. I believe I have found the perfect city. "You really ought to consider moving here," said a new friend of mine, a previous inhabitant of Florida, as well. You know, I think I just might!

I'm going to New York City! And I am so very excited. I have never really gone on a trip on my own before; it has always been with the group. Planes all by myself scare me to death, but I think after I get through that I will be OK. It is odd to be returning to my quiet town from the big Hollywood, if you know what I mean. It gets to you sometimes, Hollywood, that is, and I can't even really explain how it does it. All I know is I wish it was still considered safe to hitchhike because that is what I really want to do right now.

Hi guys! Meg here, blogging for you!
Last night, I fell asleep around midnight. I was having lovely dreams about ice cream and fancy cards. Then this happened: a loud noise woke me. I peered into the shadows surrounding my bed post to determine whom or what I should beat up interrupting my sweet slumbers. I see a bouncy large object darting from one wall of my room to the other. The object speaks...
