When you have a busy schedule like the Dolls', you don't always have time to get down to your local Bally's for a full workout. Here's what I do in my hotel room for a quick pick me up:
Three sets of squats, three sets of lunges, three sets of pushups, and top it off with three sets of crunches to keep those abs tight. I prefer to do my crunches on an exercise ball to keep my balance and core strong, always! Rotate one after the other with a 60 second break in between each set. This will get your metabolism up and running for the day.

One of my favorite things to do is have a girls' night out. It's always fun to have a night where you can just be a girl and talk about girlie things! My girlfriends and I usually have a theme for the night.

I'd say I had an upbringing full of workout tips. Being that my mom was involved in teaching aerobics, step aerobics, kick boxing and Pilates, I feel like I learned from the best ;)
