Are there any "don't try this at home" type of tricks on the show?
There's one in particular that I loved. Zeke jumps down a huge flight of stairs in this one episode and he does a 360 while he does it. Do not try to ollie off that many stairs. Even the stunt guy had to wear a harness for it. It's a bad idea.

Who's better at skating: Zeke or Luther?
Zeke is better from the way the show is portrayed, but Luther's character, he's very good, too. They can both carve and do a bunch of tricks. Because Luther's so goofy, he can do things like stand on his head on his board and do joking things like that, but as far as the hardcore tricks go, I'd have to say Zeke.
