Tell us about your upcoming album, Man on the Moon?
Man on the Moon is about me feeling like I'm in another world, on my own. I've always been a loner, a keep-to-myself kind of guy, ever since I was little. It's just metaphorically explaining that, and the music is out there on its own. I've been trying to create some new sounds on this album.

What would you bring to the moon?
A bunch of my buddies. That's pretty much it. My friends and family and my iPod.

You and Lance Bass can go up together.
Oh, wow. That was a sneak...

No! He wanted to go up to the moon!
That was a subtle jab at the jaw bone, but I'm gonna let it rock.
