In the beginning, the judges said they wanted to see you dirty it up. Are you going to keep the pink highlights and edgy look?
I think they saw something in me at the beginning that was a little edgy, but I hadn't quite touched on it yet. Especially when I sang, they were like, "Wait a minute, that doesn't look right. You don't look like you can sing like that!" I think they wanted me to really become an artist and they helped me do that. I might change the pink highlights a little bit, turn them into something else. I'm always into changing up hairstyles and trying new things, but yes, definitely keep the edgy look. I think that's what got me here, besides singing.
