You were tone deaf when you were younger. How did you go from that to becoming the amazing singer that you are today?
First of all, thank you. Second of all, I think when I told my mama that I wanted sing for real, she was like, "Baby you're going to have to pray hard." I'm glad that my mama was honest. I prayed really hard and I practiced so much. I think probably between prayer and practice, that's just kind of how we got to the point where we're at right now.
