The show pits five cheerleading squads from across the country against each other to win some pretty cool prizes -- a trip to MTV Spring Break 2009, a feature in American Cheerleader magazine, and of course bragging rights that Paula, who was once a Laker Girl and music video choreographer, picked them as the best team in the country.
