So now that we know your TV preferences, what music are you listening to right now?
I was listening to a lot of Ghostface Killah and a lot of Devin the Dude and Jay-Z and the new Kanye record, just a lot of hip-hop. Yeah, a ton of it. I generally do that after I finish like a full record that takes a while. Get straight out of the whole rock thing because I just think they're the smartest writers in the world when it's good and those people are very, very good. Ghostface Killah especially, though and the Fishscale album. It's fighting words.

Can we expect a Manchester Orchestra rap album anytime soon?
No, you cannot. I don't know if my rhymes are that tight. I just really enjoy listening to it. Also, we're from Atlanta, so it's just everywhere. I grew up sneaking Jay-Z records when I was in the eighth grade past my mom while she was trying to tell me to listen to Belle and Sebastian.
