For the past 12 years, RENT has been one of the hottest tickets on Broadway. And like all good things, RENT must come to an end. But while the curtain has fallen on the last live Broadway performance, the show will go on! For four days, one of the final performances of RENT will be cinecast in movie theatres from coast to coast. We chatted with Adam Kantor, who, during his senior year at Northwestern, landed the role of Mark and played the iconic part for the show's final months. Even more amazing is that it's Adam's first professional gig! We're pretty sure this talented cutie will be in the biz way more than 525,600 minutes. Viva la vie boheme!

Had you seen RENT before joining the cast?
I saw the original company when I was in 5th or 6th grade with my whole family. And then over the course of junior high school and high school, I saw it four times, and I grew obsessed with the soundtrack.
