What do you look for in a dance?
It's almost [like] in sports: you design a play, they have to execute the play. Whatever it is, it has to be what you dreamt it was. It can't be sloppy -- it's gotta be clean. It's gotta be creative if you really wanna wow people. People are exposed to a lot these days. You really have to work hard and create that picture that stands out in people's minds. You have to give them that moment of "Wow!" I'm looking to get wowed, and I wanna see it clean, and I wanna see it thought out.

What crew have you been most sad to see voted off?
Last season, it was really tough for me to see Live in Color go. I really liked those guys, just a bum week. They went up against Fysh n Chicks, and I love those girls too and they brought it, and that's why they remained on the show.
