You were in The New Partridge Family with Emma Stone when you both were starting out. Were you surprised to find out that you were working together again on The Rocker?
Well, we had kinda kept in touch and remained friends up to that point, so we were aware. We kinda actually knew when we were both going in. I was like, "I'm going in for this thing for The Rocker today," and she was like, "I'm going in for that a little bit later." And it was like, "Oh cool -- we'll see how it goes." We ended up both getting calls back for it, so that was really cool.

What do you remember about her from back then? How has she changed over time?
I guess she's mellowed out a bit. She is still fairly high energy but she was even more high energy but that comes with being 15 years old.
