How do you think hosting the show will be different from performing on stage?
It's so much easier to perform or answer the questions because you can answer any questions you want. Like, when you ask me a question, I can answer it however I want. You can be like, "When is your and Ashlee's due date for your baby?" and I'll be like "Well, our new record's coming out…" I can answer however I want. It's just going to affect your next question. So that's the thing that I'm nervous about. The couple times I've had to interview people, it was really hard to do. I interviewed Robert Smith, and it was excruciating, and I could tell he could sense it. I didn't even get comfortable to ask anything I really wanted to know until the last question. And MTV, they're a little nervous because they don't have me on a leash. It's live TV!
