We're looking for someone that is a major talent, but a major personality as well. Someone that will bring something new and fresh to Elle and really make it her own.

What's your favorite Broadway show?
Well, I think I'm biased towards Hairspray. I hold a sweet spot in my heart for that show! But I think Legally Blonde, Spring Awakening, andJersey Boys will have to battle it out for the number two spot!
