Was Son of Rambow filmed before or after Gossip Girl began?
We filmed it in the summer of 2006, way before I even started Gossip Girl. It feels like a long time coming. It's kind of been locked out away, and we've been doing little bits and pieces with it. But now it's finally breathing.

What were you like as a kid?
I enjoyed going out and going on adventures. I played soccer in the street with my friends. I'd have fun at school and learning. It was like a boy's club in the back of my mum and dad's house in England. We used to go and build little tree houses and have war fights. They were like 40 kids from around the area that would come and play.
