What dance has been the hardest to learn so far?
The tango because we're attached at the hip -- the moment you're a fraction off, it's so noticeable; there's no hiding it. It's also the dance I had the least time to practice. Learning everything in two days is hard, but I only made one mistake on the show. I'm not going to beat myself up about it, even though I'm a perfectionist. I underestimated the time it takes to learn Karina's choreography -- she does very intricate stuff.

How do you think performing a dance on the show is different from performing a song on stage?
When I'm on stage, I can freestyle, jump into the crowd, do wild and crazy things I like to do during performances. On the show, you've got cameras; you've got certain positions you've got to be in at a certain time. There's more rules to it, but at the same time, it's fun. [And] I'm performing in front of 25 million people when I'm on the show.
