You and Jenny Lewis are a known couple. Is that weird?
It's kind of par for the course. I don't really give it too much thought. But by you asking me the question, it becomes an issue more than it was before you asked me the question, right? Anyone's relationship with anyone is only known to that person and that other person. Nobody will really know anything about what's going on, and a million writers could write about it and not know. I couldn't say the same about the young lady, but I think we both feel that it's kind of a consequence of living in an extremely tabloid-y culture, and we just kind of roll with it. But it doesn't bother me at all.

How was touring with Rilo Kiley?
The coolest things about touring with them is performing for and meeting their fan base because they have one of the most loyal and sympathetic [fan bases], very respectful of the artists they choose to bring on tour. The audience was just very receptive and very kind.
