You recently filmed an episode of Degrassi. What was your role on the show?
It's prom night, it's the end of the year, so they had me come in as myself and sing for the prom. So it's quite appropriate really because "Unwritten" was a big prom song, being about new beginnings and a blank page -- you know, that whole thing. So a lot of people played that song at their prom.

Have you ever performed at a prom?
I did actually perform at my graduation ball in England in university.

Who's your favorite person to collaborate with?
I love working with Mike Elizondo
. He's a producer who produces Dr. Dre, Maroon 5, and Eminem, and he introduced me to Maroon 5.
