Tegan & Sara's entrance into the music business makes for a pretty sweet rock 'n' roll fairytale. About 10 years ago, the then-teenaged Canadian sister act won the Garage Warz Battle of the Bands and was swooped up by music icon Neil Young, who signed them to his label. Fast-forward six years, the Quin twins' breakthrough album, So Jealous is named one of the year's best by Rolling Stone, and those songs continue to be featured on pretty much every hot TV show. But it's all for good reason -- Tegan & Sara crank out unbelievably catchy, poignant indie pop songs. It's no wonder that everyone from Deathcab For Cutie's Chris Walla and Jason McGerr to AFI's Hunter Bergan wanted to perform with the girls on their fifth full-length studio album, The Con! We stole some time with Tegan to get "in her head" -- 'cause her and Sara's songs have been stuck in our heads for years!
