What made you hookup with a band?
It was an evolution. When I was by myself, it felt really temporary. I'd been in full rock bands before I started doing the solo stuff. It was always so much fun, and I just couldn't find anybody to do it. The more songs I wrote, the more they seemed to be more applicable to the full band feel, and it made sense to add more [people].

What's your favorite song on the new album?
I really love how the single, "All Over You" turned out. That's one of my favorite songs we've ever written. It's just it came out so well! But other than the single, for non-plugging purposes, there's a song called, "Battles," and that's my all-time favorite that we've also done. But that's the thing -- after a year of playing it, I'm gonna be like, "I hate that song!" Right now, I love it.
