James Blunt got us hooked us with his soulful vocals in "You're Beautiful", and he's back for around round. We recently caught with James and chatted about his new album, All The Lost Souls and he filled us in on what went on the last three years. You won't believe what happened to him during his own concert!

How is this album different than Back to Bedlam? It sounds a little more cheerful.
I think it maybe feels that way because it's got a rock tempo. The first one was just me and my guitar and my piano trying to build up an album, so I played as many instruments as I could. But because I had my band [for] this one, it gave me a little bit more freedom in the writing of the songs. That kind of gives it a bit more diversity, a bit more tempo, a bit more grip, and maybe that makes it feel a little happier.
