What was you life like before all of this started?
It’s changed so much! I was just a normal kid. I was excited to get my driver’s license, but I was way more excited to do American Idol. I talked about it all the time -- I am a die-hard fan of the show. I was just normal -- I think I’m still pretty much that way. I’m still a die-hard fan, and I still keep in touch with my friends and stuff. I was kind of a floater. I hung out with pretty much everybody because I had so many different friends. It was really cool. I wasn’t in one sort of clique. The drama club was always fun -- that was like the after-school, extra-curricular thing that I would do, and I made tons of great friends in there. Then, I have my basketball friends. I liked everybody.
