You haven't seen this kind of TV before -- it's got a lot of drama but you wouldn't call it a drama, and there are definitely tons of funny one-liners, but you won't hear a laugh track. So what is it? Liz has heard it described as "Juno without the pregnant belly and the hamburger phone," and we kinda agree! How'd you first get involved with the show?
MTV was trying to do a spinoff for the show called The Paper, but instead they wanted to do it about my broadcast journalism class. We sent in a tape and they came down for the casting and it just morphed into something completely different.
