How did you come up with the idea?
I got tired of going to all these awards shows with just a bunch of celebrities kissing each other's butts. There's so much more going on in the world today. This age of change and this younger generation is what I was inspired by. And I think if I shed a light on young people that inspire me, maybe they can continue to inspire young people all across the world.
