What did you for the Canadian release of The Listening?
We did a lot of fun TV interviews, I played live on Much on Demand, which is like the MTV here, and then did a signing at the record store. I did my first Kyte chat, which was really fun -- got to talk to fans live on the Internet. And then I had a CD release party...it was a pretty amazing night.
Who's your favorite fellow Canadian musician?
There's so many great musicians coming out of Canada right now! There's K'naan and my good friends Ten Second Epic and Silverstein. I'm a big fan of Chromeo. It's so funny because they're all in the same community here in Ontario and Montreal, so it's funny that everyone knows each other. It's the best thing. It's like this small neighborhood. And with Stars, Arcade Fire, and Metric -- they're all the same people.
