You call yourself Lights, but your birth name is Valerie. Is Lights really your official name?
Yes, [Valerie] was my birth name, but I did change my name to Lights a while ago. It's actually a derivative of my last name, which is an exhausting, long German last name -- Poxleitner. So Lights came out of that.

Lights Poxleitner. That sounds like a superhero name! So what's your dream power?
In Wonder Woman, the Silver Swan can use her voice to control people. Not that I would want to do that, but it would be a cool power to be able to say something that would set a person's mind at ease. Maybe I'm trying to convey that in my music...
