What was your favorite scene to film?
One scene, Darren [Chris' character] and my character Rebecca were walking along the shore and catching rats, and they looked so real! They had all this fake blood on them. So in between scenes I would be trying not to squeal, jumping around [and] telling myself, "They're not real, Jessica! Calm down!" And then I would have to be totally casual [and] pick them up, these nasty things. It turns out that there were crew members swatting the tall grasses around us in between takes because there were water moccasins, [which are] so poisonous. It's good that I didn't know about that. And we had to be careful not to step on fire ant mounds 'cause they bite. That was really fun though. The sets were really cool [too]. It's so different from New York. In Manhattan, it's all tall buildings, and here it's like nature and really cool.
