Real Life Hero

He was a huge hero in gym class, but Travis McCoy is a real hero in India, the Philippines, and South Africa these days. He's participating in a project called "Staying Alive: Travis McCoy's Unbeaten Track," which will aim to raise HIV/AIDS awareness. MTV's Staying Alive Foundation named Travis their US ambassador in January and then began to prepare him for his big journey. His mission is to visit countries that have been deeply affected by AIDS and to hear those people's stories. His journey will be taped and air on MTV and will be the largest youth-oriented multimedia HIV prevention campaign ever. Go Travis!
