Breakup alert! No, Jessica and Tony Romo are still going strong, but we can't say the same for Jess and her music label, Sony Nashville. Rumors surfaced about the head of Sony BMG Nashville being fed up with Jessica after she forgot her lyrics and cried on stage during her tour with Rascal Flatts. Thank goodness she has backup! She's still signed on with Epic. "Jessica is and always has been an Epic artist," Jessica's rep tells FOX. "She was on loan to Sony Nashville for her country album. She continues to be on Epic's label." Jess was mysteriously absent from the Academy of Country Music awards last weekend and was spotted vacationing in Cabo with friends instead.
