Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer play boyfriend/girlfriend on the show, but decided to keep their off-screen romance a secret while they were working together. They've recently taken their relationship public. "The reason it was dodged last year was very intentional on both our parts," Stephen tells TV Guide.
