Hate wearing that tacky polyester uniform to work? You wouldn't if you worked at the W Hotel. Gwen Stefani is designing uniforms for the hotel chain's female lounge staff, People reports. The black jersey mini-dresses by L.A.M.B., which have a fitted '80s silhouette and asymmetrical styling, will debut this December or early next year. (We'd totally get a second job for one of those!) "I wanted to design a super cute dress that I would be excited to have in my own closet and approached it in the same way I think about my clothing for a tour," Gwen says. "We've designed a sexy and comfortable outfit for these women to wear out on their own stage every night." The hotel's other employees should be jealous, but they can't really complain -- their official work-wear is by Michael Kors!
