That Girl Has Love

Rooney's tunes were a mainstay on The O.C., but it wasn't until years later that Mischa Barton got into the band -- or at least its guitarist Taylor Locke. The new couple has been spotted hanging out and locking lips all over Hollywood. At a recent memorial concert for filmmaker Brandon Schantz (at which Rooney performed), Mischa "headed straight backstage -- then took her spot in a booth to get into the music, clapping with her arms above her head at the end of each song and bopping her head to the music," a spywitness tells People. When the show ended, Mischa was seen "coming out with her beau, holding him around the waist and kissing him on the lips." Aww! We would've gone for Robert Schwartzman ourselves, but hey, Taylor's cool, too!
