Who's more famous: Nicole Richie or Christina Aguilera? Most people would say Xtina trumps Nic, but that's not apparent at the newsstands! The issue of People featuring Nic and new daughter Harlow has outsold Christina's issue with baby Max by a lot. "Christina historically doesn't do that well on covers," an insider tells MSNBC, noting the poor sales of her wedding photos in OK! and nude photo shoot for January's Marie Claire. And while Nicole doesn't necessarily have more fans than Christina, she and BF Joel Madden provide a bit more intrigue. "There's also a greater element of curiosity with Nicole," the source says. "She's gone public about being a heroin addict. Her boyfriend is covered in tattoos. By default, she's got the more interesting baby. People want to see how she settles down. They want to see what kind of baby someone with her background has." (For the record, we picked up Nicole's mag and waited for Christina's pics to go online.)
