Things are officially O-V-E-R between Shanna Moakler and Travis Barker. "I'm no longer with her," Travis tells People. "We were actually divorced a few days ago." When asked if he's seeing anyone special right now, Travis said, "I have a beautiful daughter [Alabama Luella] at home, a beautiful son [Landon Asher] at home. That's where my head is at right now. I don't have time for anything else." How about a lawsuit against Rockstar Energy Drink, which used his picture on their website with out his permission? And a new +44 album, which we hear will be released in 2008? Yeah, that's enough to keep him busy.
