Worst Of Both Worlds

Uh, oh -- there's trouble in Milantis! (That's for those of you who watched last week's Hannah Montana.) Angry kids (or rather, their parents) are suing the Miley Cyrus fan club, which allegedly promised access to concert tickets for Miley's sold-out 54-date "Best of Both Worlds Tour." The class-action lawsuit claims that the companies responsible for the fan club were aware there wouldn't be enough tickets to go around to accommodate all members, each of which paid $29.95 to belong. "They deceptively lured thousands of individuals into purchasing memberships into the Miley Cyrus fan club, and that's why we're suing," attorney Rob Pierce tells People. But a rep for Miley says they're not at fault, noting that over 70,000 Mileyworld members got tickets through the fan club. "The Mileyworld Web site expressly states that Mileyworld does not guarantee every member a concert ticket," the rep says. "Mileyworld members had far greater access to concert tickets than the general public and other fan clubs and the claim that the vast majority of Mileyworld members were unable to obtain concert tickets is simply false." Things don't sound so smiley for Miley!
