We know Paris Hilton is a BF stealer, but a style stealer? That's what one whack job from L.A. is saying. Nicolle O'Neill has filed a personal injury lawsuit against Paris, claiming that the celebutard stole her signature look. "Nicolle claims Paris stole her fashion-related 'patens' [sic] and 'stiling' [sic] tips," Pop Crunch reports. "She also accuses Paris of swiping several innovative style techniques, among them, exposing her 'je-streeng underware (bikiny)' [sic] and shopping in vintage stores." (If you're wondering who Nicolle is, we can't help you there -- we have no idea!) Nicolle is seeking several billion dollars in damages for her resulting psychological trauma and "emotional distress." Yeah, we think those psychological problems go way farther back…
