Gimme That Album

With all the bad Britney news floating around, it's a relief to finally purvey something good about the fallen star (that is, besides the fact that she passed her drug test). Britney's new album, Blackout was supposed to hit stores Nov. 13, but Jive Records has moved up the release date. It seems that people are a little too excited to get "more" Britney, and songs from the album have been leaked to various blogs and music sites. "Due to these numerous unauthorized online leaks, the label is doing everything possible to prevent and avoid any further illegal distribution of songs," a Jives spokesperson said in a statement. The new release date is Oct. 30, aka Mischief Night. How appropriate!
