Main reason we'd dump Denny? He's dead. We loved the Denny and Izzie match when he was alive, but we weren't too keen on D hanging around after he hit the pearly gates. Even though we're happy he let Dr. Stevens know she was sick, Denny's weirdo ghosty relationship with Izz made things complicated with cutie Karev tricky!
