Ahhh! (That was us screaming in excitement as soon as we saw the Jonas Brothers hit the red carpet before presenting Best Animated Movie.) But why is it that Billy Ray Cyrus and Nick Jonas had a very long "moment" during Ryan Seacrest's interview with Miley Cyrus? Maybe Nick is trying to get on dad's good side to ask Miley out again! She should date someone closer to her age anyway. Get in there, Nicky! We'll vote for you!
