Peyton's been waiting all her life to learn more about her dad, and when she finally gets a clue about who her birth father is, it's Meiko's sweet vocal stylings in the background. Even the lyrics are perfect for this sitch: "I watched you from afar/Wishing on every star/Saving every penny." And if you think her voice sounds super familiar, you're right! "Reasons To Love You" was featured on last year's Grey's Anatomy season premiere, and "Boys With Girlfriends" was just on The Hills last week.
