With a show like Gossip Girl, you know there's bound to be some off-screen smooching going on. C'mon, everyone in the cast is hot, and pretty much every character is linked through hookups! So it's really no surprise that Penn and Blake started dating off-screen. The too-cute couple tried their darndest to keep their romance on the DL, but there's no hiding Gossip like this! Their off-screen relationship was outed after they were spotted making out on vacay in Mexico earlier this year. And while they've remained pretty mum on the subject, no confirmation is necessary, what with Penn and Blake getting their PDA on all over the place!
