While Drew is no stranger to shock value, her relationship with Justin (the "Mac guy") was almost as big a surprise as her wedding to Tom Green. The lovebirds met on the set of He's Just Not That Into You in 2007 and have been going strong ever since. Justin gushed about his longtime GF to Us Weekly and said, "I've been very fortunate. I just feel very blessed and happy!" These two are too cute together to not get married!
