Wow -- can you believe that Taylor Momsen is only 14 years old?! (Well, she turns 15 soon, but not soon enough to bypass this list!) Not only does Taylor star on Gossip Girl, but rumor has it she may be getting her own spin-off show, based on the It Girl book series! But it's actually been a long time coming for Taylor, who began her career at the age of 3 when she appeared in a Shake 'N' Bake commercial and starred opposite Jim Carrey in How the Grinch Stole Christmas at age 7. With all that already under her belt, there's no doubt that there's way more to come for Taylor.
