Making it in Hollywood is a great feat for anyone, but imagine becoming a star before you even turn 15! As more and more child stars become full-on celebs, we decided to pay homage to some of our faves. Victoria Justice and Miranda Cosgrove just missed making the list (their birthdays are February 19 and May 14), but see which other stars are still in the Under 15 set.
